Mec Forme was established in 1978, and has always supplied moulds for the production of cement products, entirely "Made in Italy".

The headquarter is located in Grantorto, a small town in the north-eastern Italy, between the cities of Padua and Vicenza, about 70 km from Venice.

Currently Mec Forme is one of the most dynamic mould cement manufacturers in the cement products manufacturing sector.

Thanks to the experience and technological evolution acquired in the past 40 years, we supply top quality steel moulds for block / vibro pressers mainly for classic floor production, unique, drainage, grates, slabs, curbs, retaining walls, concrete blocks; everything is produced based on the customer’s need.

The introduction of new technological solutions is always preceded by tests, which allows to control the quality and improve the production system. In addition, we employ a prepared and trained Staff to respond to the most varied customer’s demand.

Our organization permits us to produce for large, medium and small plants.

The flooring moulds are created from the solid or milled form based on the customer's request; the parts mostly used are cemented by heat treatment, in order to guarantee an extreme precision and an extraordinary resistance to parts usually subject to wear.

The pressers which release the impression on the manufactured items can be obtained with a press-stamped system or by means of milling.

The construction of the case/crate/box generally takes place during assembly by welding the various components with anti-wear steel.

The walls subjected to greater wear are cemented and the core support beams, depending on the cases, are fixed or bolted.
